It happened on a Route 99 bus near the Macy's at King of Prussia mall, according to investigators.

Authorities said three teen girls and an adult woman began arguing when one of them threw a drink at another. The four began to fight and the adult woman "brandished a small pocket knife," cutting the teens and her own hands during the scuffle, police said.

First responders found the teens at the scene and the adult woman behind a nearby business at 206 Allendale Road, according to officials. All four were taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries and later discharged.

Charges are pending, police added.
